• Copy the displayed result and show the result you expected.
• Explain the formula or source behind the expected value.
• Mention browser and device only if the problem is visual or interactive.

For a content correction

Quote the disputed sentence, explain why it is incomplete or wrong, and include a primary source where possible. We prioritize errors that could affect calculations, safety interpretation or project cost decisions.

What we cannot provide by email

We cannot design reinforcement, approve drawings, certify work, select a contractor, issue a project quotation or replace a local engineer, architect, quantity surveyor or legal adviser. Do not send payment information, identity documents, complete confidential drawings or other sensitive project files.
